How about filling in the gaps with the actual value test results which will help provide responses.
Here they are:

1 102
2 75
3 75
4 75
5 75
6 96 (engine only running 3 minutes)

Need anymore?

Plus I think that you may have provided the information without doing the actual value tests----as an example 1 in car temp 102 are you in saudi, 2 outside temp 75 that's possible in Ireland, 3 and 4 L and R duovalve 75(what have you set the auto temps to?, 5 evap temp sensor 75, should be in the low 40's and 6 engine coolant temp 96. That is possible after3 min!!!

Are you sure that you know how to run the tests to make the diagnosis make sense and applicable??
You're hard to love!

The car was sitting in full sunshine...so of course it was hot inside.

But it's the evening now so I'll run them again. Though the engine will be run for only a couple of minutes.

1 82
2 75
3 87 auto temps are both set to 68F.
4 87
5 87
6 112 (after three minutes)
7 05
8 80.

The temps are in F not C (though I'm sure you guessed that).

It seems from the values your compressor is not running, both duo valves are open and evaporator temp to high and refrigerant temp to low. Is the red EC light on? May be low on refrigerant, but without compressor running it's hard to tell.

Temps 3 & 4 indicate the duo valves are open allowing hot coolant to circulate to the heater core. This is why you are getting heat. Try tapping on the duo valves with the handle of a screw driver to see if they will close. If not you may want to disassemble and clean them. Repair this problem and retest.

If like you say the EC lamp is not on, that would lead me to believe that the system has enough refrigerant---then if that is the case why can't the compressor make more than 5 bar because the relationship of pressure to temperature is correct--8 is 80, and at 5 bar 8 should be 80. Additionally because the pressure is so low that is why 5 is way to high to produce any cooling----then add the duo valve issues.

The first thing I would do is confirm the quantity of refrigerant in the system, if in fact it is full or near full then I suspect that you have a bad compressor-----however if way low but not low enough to turn the EC lamp on, that is another issue----if low, I would refill regardless of a potential leak and test again because you want 7 to be at least 14 at idle.

After all said an done I do hope it is not the compressor----keep us posted. Cheers
See...you can be nice.

Many thanks.
