your stealer carries them; it's going to be specified as a MY 98 accessory, but should work for all W210 sedans. It clips onto your window glass, so it raises and lowers with your window. Search previous posts for part numbers....

Side rear window blinds part numbers:

6 6 69 1306
6 6 69 1307

Confirm these numbers with your dealer and I believe they are different for left and right sides. Would like to know how it turns out as I was thinking on getting them too (kids always complaining about the sun)

Good sh*t Mark, lol! I too have the rear window sun shade and never used the stupid thing as it would get stuck sometimes. I ended up tinting my windows as well. Much better...
