2002 E430 stopped in the middle of the road

2002 e430

2002 E430 stopped in the middle of the road

So I was driving. The car started making a buzzing noise (like the hum of an electrical car). Then as I would push on the gas, the engine would rev up but the car would not accelerate. Had it towed home. Check engine light came on. Was able to drive it to get the check engine light checked. Got 4 codes: P0715, P0730, P0702, P0456. All to do with the transmission. Any suggestions?

My E320 (95K) starting humming that way, although it didn't stop in the road. Found out it was low on fluid, filled it properly and trouble disappeared. Hope yours is that simple.

I hope so. I took it to a mechanic and he is telling me I need a new transmission but for some reason I think he is trying to pull a fast one. I am going to bring it to someone else and have them check the fluids. I hope it is that. I will keep you posted. Thank you
