Hi All,
I missed this forum when it was down, it felt like, I was missing something
. However, I got used to it after a week.
Fortunately, we have data up to Sep. 15. It would be terrible if we had lost all of it, so much information.
I would like to know where it is hosted, so we all are aware of the problem and try not to use the provider.
ANYWAY, lets have some fun, and looking forward to see all here and their posts.

Hey guys....to be honest, I was kinda surprised at myself and how much I too missed the site with it being down. Ofcourse, now it doesn't seem so weird after realizing that I check in here atleast two to three times a day, at work and at home. 
I tried other sites...BenzWorld, MercedesShop, and others, but this site is far superior in the organization and spectrum of information and plain and simple ease of browsing. The members here seem to be more civil and mature, well, atleast the majority. I posted a thread a few days ago after the site was up and running again, that got out of hand a bit. I was simply making a joke of me being demoted to "almost a member status" from my "member" status with the deletion of almost 300 posts I had made. It turned ugly with a few members being upset that I would care about my status here and they were upset with members that post "useless" information threads and the such. Ofcourse, this was posted in this off topic forum. They took a "holy-er" than thou attitude and stated that their posts contained only quality information. After a little research, I come to find out that that isn't always the case. Anyhow, it amazes me at times that people can be such idiots.

Stemags, even if you're not serious, for the benefit of others, here's how to do it:
In the sig section of your user profile, type in:
"[img]"link of the pic on the web"[/img]"
You can find the link to your pic on the web by right clicking on the pic, select "properties", then copy the URL. Put it between those img's and you should be done - good luck!
Are you going to use that famous Silver SE W210 pic?

I didnt know the extension would reduce HP.It would definitely improve looks though. And as for the sig pic,,what do you think,a little ostentatious to put up the silver SE? I say, you go around only once and all that good rot.

But why does it look "squashed"? Try putting the [IMG] in a new line (press Enter after all your specs), it looks weird when there's some text so far down - JMHO.

Well done, but it still looks squashed compared to the ones you'd posted before.
Dunno?????? My mechanic just explained that its all about free flow of the combustion process i.e. efficiency of emissions (that's how a turbo works I understand - it draws out the exhaust quicker). I'm about to take out my muffler in the middle of the car for a better roar and more power - less obstruction of the emissions.
Having said that, I have seen many extensions in Asia for the W211 and S-class, unless they are of a different diameter, I'm sure they'll fit yours.....
You can also fit an after market exhaust below you bumper without having to cut it out, you know? I think E-Klasse, or someone else, had it like that before he put on the AMG rear.

Probably because I had to modify it,and used it from the other forum ,Benzworld.
I would definitely like to change the look back there,considered the tips because its cheaper.But,if I could get a reasonable price quote for a muffler with the tips that wouldnt be too noisy,thats my dish.All advice deeply appreciated,and keep in mind Whitey,Im trying to save some cash for the Comand job,if The Euro pimp ever comes back to NY

Why not start a new thread on exhaust tips that fit under the OEM bumper? I'm sure the rest would be ivery keen to help out.......
