Exclamation Moisture in car.help please

I have a 1997 e420 with a moister problem inside the car! I don't have any idea where it's coming from. There is so much condensation on the windshield especially. There is a little on the sun roof and some on the back window. Sometimes it gets so bad on the windshield that it makes giant water drops. I want to fix this quick because I don't want a mildew ridden car! Any suggestions will help!

Do you garage your car??

Under what conditions does the humidity condense on your glass surfaces---during the day or is this what you see in the morning before starting?

Much more information is need???
My car used to be garages but I bought another Mercedes that I keep in there so this one sits outside. There is no water on the floors anywhere. I think the moisture is coming from the trunk because I saw a line of mold. But when I wiped it off and felt it, it wasn't wet or moist. Could it be the seal? And I'll wipe off all the windows and make sure they are dry and then not even 3 hours later there is moisture right back in the car.

i think you're needing to provide much more information than what you've provided
so far. for example, the environmental conditions in which the car is under,
the time of day, when the car last operated, any developing patterns, exactly
what parts of the car displays the moisture and where it isn't, etc leading up to
the visible moisture.

there is such a wide variety of conditions in which formation of moisture could
form that with the scant information you've posted, it is just a guessing game.

you have the best view and you're needing to describe exactly what, where,
how you see these conditions and present them

I think it's the seal in the lights because when I opened the trunk water was coming threw the cloth panel...

It could also be under the back seat where the battery sits...often fills with water.
