HID low beam replacement
Hey guys,
I haven't put much thought into my headlights, but they are pretty dim and I'm not a huge fan of the yellow color.
To be honest I just assumed they were halogen or Incandescent until I started looking into a replacement. Are the factory bulbs really HID (I have a 1999 e320)?
I wanted to know what you have all had success with in replacing the low beams. My goal is to have them brighter and as close to white as possible.
I found these Philips H7s on Amazon for under $8 each. Amazon claims they will fit.
My other concern is that I have heard some of the bulbs on Amazon/Ebay are fakes. These have a couple hundred positive reviews though so if they are fakes I would have to imagine they are pretty good ones.
