What computer tool/software does the stealership use....

What computer tool/software does the stealership use....
to connect with the in-car computer and make alterations to certain settings. I know that there are convenience features that can be turned on/off through this computer. I think it's called the STAR Diagnostic computer???

Fanatic - nobody does their own work here so the manuals won't be a very popular sale item, let alone pirated. Now if you wanted some DVDs, VCDs or regular software.......whoops, I think China wants to keep its MFN status.......

BTW, I think the software itself is called "DAS" (Diagnostic Assistance System) Star might be just the service name that MB uses. For the E-class, here, it is about US$230 (excl. cables) for the real one......
