Headlight cover condensation

Headlight cover condensation
My 97 e420 is equipped with the xenon's. The passenger side headlight, and inner light both have condensation in them. I was told that there are covers over the headlight/fog light assembly's. Are these easy to get off or do you need a body shop to do it?
Any help is appreciated.

Are You Going to replace the Lens ?
They can be resealed /replaced using a heat gun to soften the sealer
then reseal the housings using a good sealer
When the Lens is off Inspect the lens to be Sure its not cracked
causing a leak...

This is what I need help in. Not sure what's involved here. My guess (hope) is that the condensation is between the cover and the lens, if that's the way it's setup.
