Electrical problems

Rear seat light, trunk light, rear wiper and the trunk "self locking" mechanism doesn't work. Had the car to the work shop to check the problem. They checked some rear harnesses but couldn't find any faults and no fuses blown. Could it be a relay/PSE/damaged wires....any suggestions?
Problem started after changing the trunk window. After the window change the power windows didn't work but after changing fuse 3 times they work, but now instead the above problems...

A possible reason for not finding the source of the problem is that you mechanic does not have factory diagnostic/or equal software to diagnose the issue, However that said I would look to the rear SAM module as a potential source------and yes the PSE controls the pneumatic self locking mechanism!!---Sounds like you have multipal issues!!

Where is the rear SAM module located. Is it hard/expensive to change?

Under the passanger side of rear seat!!---yes then it has to be coded to the car with an MB or equal diagnostic software.
