Longest Time Before Service?
What's the longest time anyone has gone before the the first scheduled service on an E55? I realize this all depends on driving styles and other variables..was just curious? I replaced the oil at the 3000 mark on my car, even though the service interval warning had not come on yet! I know the Mercedes' have a piezo-electric sensor in the oil pan that gauges oil contaminant levels..but I couldn't wait! Old habits die hard I guess!<G> Otto
