CDI vs 4Matic?

CDI vs 4Matic?
Okay, so I'm about to buy my first Mercedes but I can't decide
What do you guys think? I like the 2000 4MATIC because the AWD would definitely be nice in winter, but with the 2005 CDI, I like the idea of the newer, more fuel efficient diesel. The diesel has 60,000 more miles (200,000 total) but I know that for a well maintained Mercedes diesel, that is nothing! So what do you guys think? Are there any major performance/maintenance differences between the two? Which, in your opinion, would be the better car?

The CDi worth much more than that why he will sell it with this price , be careful my friend put more than 5000$ on his Diesel engine & still have problem
Go and find a private party car not dealer one
When somebody change from w210 to w211 they name down not up ( w210 has much more fans )
