Why not go with STAR/SDS..!,

its more value & confidence to cover every code could NOT appears with other devices..

I would recommend Star system also, if you don't go this route, you will have very limited capabilities as far as diagnostics and clearing fault codes go. Contact Shardul on the W211 E55 forum. You will get great service and a system ready to go with everything you could possibly need within a week. That is what I did and could not be happier.
