I need some direction please. I have a 97 E420. When I turn the a/c on I have very little air flow from any of the vents. I turn the fan up and you can hear the fan speed increase but air flow feels like the fan is on low if that. Can someone please start me on the road to inspect and solve this problem.

Is air flow coming out of the floor or defroster vents instead? Wat happens when you select the other vents, do they work?

First thanks for getting with me. When I switch the air flow direction it seems to follow the commands but again the flow of air is very low. It seems like the air is being sent somewhere else in the dash. but I cant find where if you can supply any insight I would greatly appreciate it.
