mixing tire brands

hi,

after about 23k miles, the rear dunlops need to be replaced. however, the front ones seem to have quite a bit of tread left.

i'd like to replace the rear tires with the S-03, but was wondering if mixing the dunlops/bridgestones would change the car's dynamics much. if need be, I can get 4 tires at the same time, but if I don't need to waste the money....

comment?

I'd recommend getting 4 new tires if you can afford it. Afterall, if you want to enjoy the full benefits of the S-03's, you should get all 4.

if not, u should be fine if don't try to push too hard. i've got s-01 (first set from factory) up front and s-03 out back that were replaced a few months ago.
