Hi all, Please I need help in this issue and I'm just a starter.
recently my 99 E280 stop starting so I used carsoft 7.4 to scan it and here what I got.
1570 CAN between IFZ and ME control unit
A: Attempt to start carried out with locked IFZ
B: CAN from IFZ to ME Control unit disturbed
C: ME Control unit and IFZ Control unit do not match
with disregarding the last reason.
what's physically happened. Imean how can I fix it.

why you are aggressive this way, the car is mine and Ihave been driven it for long period and it is worthless in Libya by the way, it is just I like it , and aqtually I don't know what happened, I have to leave the country in urgently and my wife drive it, when it stopped she took it to a mechanic who never saw BM I believe and when I pull it from the shop it was like this .

I believe you have something wrong with a DAS system or something that avoiding communicating with ECU,
check the battery connection, or ECU connector unplugged,,
did you have a look to them..!

I think "Plutoe" is correct about DAS problem, have to check that via STAR/SDS only,,
or try to disconnect the battery for 1 or 2 hours then connects again, and see what well gonna happen..!
