How can get any perfomance in engine 220D 1997? This engine dont have turbo,what i can do? I don't want to change the engine, if I could get some performance with the current one...

Tune is best better but a non turbo diesel might not see much gains

The cheapest, quickest, cleanest, way to get a more powerful engine: is to sell the one you have (including the car it came in) and purchase a more powerful engine ( including the car it comes in ).
It's gonna perform better, be more reliable, and look factory, for a lower cost than anything else you could do.
