How can get any perfomance in engine 220D 1997? This engine dont have turbo,what i can do? I don't want to change the engine, if I could get some performance with the current one...

Out Of Control!!
Spend 500 on a tune or take all the fenders off and put 22 inch tires on the car--you will notice an immediate 20 percent increase in speed!!However your ET may be somewhat slower.

The cheapest, quickest, cleanest, way to get a more powerful engine: is to sell the one you have (including the car it came in) and purchase a more powerful engine ( including the car it comes in ).
It's gonna perform better, be more reliable, and look factory, for a lower cost than anything else you could do.
