Needle calibration after pixel repair

I thought I would post this since I could not find the answer anywhere and none of the pixel repair videos showed this.

When it is time to put the needles back on you need to tighten them all back down. Then what you will notice is that if you turn the needle in one direction, the direction that you are tightening them in there will always be resistance no matter how much you turn it. However if you go in the opposite direction you will feel little resistance as you turn it and then at a certain point you will feel resistance again. That point is your zero mark. Where the resistance starts again. You need to adjust all needles so that they are all perfectly at zero. And don't forget that the gas gauge tightens counterclockwise!
