So got out of work tonight got I my 1997 E320 and tried to start my car...there it attempted to turn over twice then made a weird kind of grinding noise. I attempted it 2 more times and on the third try it caught and turned over...Starter going?

I'm having a similar problem lately.
Seems like every 5-6 starts it happens. I just wait a few sec and start again and it works.
