Where can I buy Hawk HPS pads for my '97 E420?

I haven't been able to find anyone who stocks the front pads for my E420. I have Porterfield R4S on the car now, but have "warped" two sets of rotors in 20K miles. Yes, I bedded them in correctly, bla, bla, bla. I've used the Hawk HPS pads on my '02 M3, including two track days at Road Atlanta and have not had any problems at all, plus the fronts now dust what my rears used to. Thanks

Those sound interesting. I'll stick around to see if anyone knows anything about these...

I actually use Hawk HP+ pads for the track -- great bite, very little resistance to fade, but they squeal worse than stuck pigs. I couldn't use them as street pads anymore, I swore I was waking up the dead around cemeteries and that they were chasing after me for disturbing their sleep.

Someone I know used to run HPS pads, and he liked them a lot. I just looked at Tire Rack, didn't see them there. Try calling ECS Tuning (www.ecstuning.com) -- they're mainly a VW/Audi store, but they may be able to tell you where they source their Hawk pads from, and you might get a lead there.

Ask for Tom, tell him that Andy (AJChenMPH) from Club B5 referred you to him.
