I have a 2000 E430 with headlight problem. The car had HID's on it when I bought it, drivers side burned out. Went to replace and the new light wont work. After a not of things I decided to install a new harness, the one now was old and cracking. Change the harness all light work except....... the low beam driver light????? All fuses are good no power per my volt meter to that socket,, Help????

swap ballast from left to right. if the outage follows the swap, the ballast is bad
