Totalled E320
Well, On the way to work Thursday morn I hit a patch of ice and spun out and hit a tree. I'm ok, but the car is totalled. Pictures attached. I will be looking for another E series real soon.

Hood is $500 pick up only or i trade it in for a 2000 rear trunk lid with lights or a wood and leather steering wheel for a 99 E430 or AMG wheels from a CLK without tires. The lights are still on the car but email me i send you some pic with the hood on.

thanks for sending me the pics but i can't see anything in the pics, pics are way too small, on the lights, is there any damages or is the lenses yellow in any way and how much would shipping be?

Lights are in good condition just regural wear and tear. Also the lenses can be replaced on a 99 ones and its easy i think Stewe could get the lenses. Hood you cant really see because my car is black.

Thanks so much for the nice thoughts and replys. I do appreicate the concerns. I'll keep everyone posted as to the parts, etc. Well I'll now be looking for another E series. Most probably a 4-matic. Thanks once again.

Glad you are all right. I hate to say it but it's probably best that it happened in your MB. I'm curious about the side airbags as well. Best of luck in your search for a new one. I don't know what year your car it but if it were mine I wouldn't fix it, too much damage and I doubt it will be the same.

Thanks agains guys. Yes, the side airbag deployed. I feel it saved me from serious injury. I do feel fortunate. Thank god I was in a Mercedes! My long time mechanic where the car was towed said that the car is Totalled. The police and tow driver also said the same thing. I'm now looking at a 99 E320 4-matic. Obsecian black with sand interior with 54 K miles. My friend at the dealer says it will list for about $24,000.00. Since 4-matics are hard to find, I'm seriuosly considering it. What's your opinions on the price and 4-matics. The mileage seems right. I'm told it's in perfect condition. I'm looking at it on Monday

Im heartened by the way the car came thru that,,and naturally that you're ok Bruce.
I can surely sympathize with the ice situation you found yourself in,cause we been in the deep freeze here in the apple.My esp lite is workin overtime.I hope you get the car you want.

Well it's official. My auto insurance agent viewed the car today and stated that it's not feasable to fix the E320. The Ins. Co. will buy it.
I have deceided on a 98, 99 or 2000 E320 4-Matic. Looking now for one - hoping to find one with low milage at a good price.
