e430 and e55 catalytic converters interchangeable?

e430 and e55 catalytic converters interchangeable?
I'd rather not tear into perfectly good working e55 cats. Will cats from an e430 bolt up? Same size piping? I plan on gutting them out and getting an X or H pipe installed, thanks.

EPC seems like a pain to use, I'm not familiar with it. Made an account and it installed some programs but I'm not finding it on the PC. Do you mind checking for me please? I'm worried the piping might be a smaller diameter.

Re your EPC---assuming you have a user name and password, all you have to do is go back to the log on page and log on.
In any event EPC is for parts and the only place within EPC you get part dimensions is for wire size!!
If you are trying to do this on the cheap, you gotta get friendly with the donut lady at the dealership
