Smile I am ready for the Plunge

I am thinking of Leasing or Buying an E Class Automobile (edit maybe a CLK 430 too ).
I would like opinions on which is better from experience,
Leasing or Purchase.
What kind of payments can i expect on the lease and what kind of deals should i be looking for on an E430?
Also what sort of options are usually available at the dealership.. I personally want the Command System and v90 phone hookup but i can live without the phone.
Also refrences to any quality dealerships in the NY, NJ area would be highly appreciated.
Thanks for all your help!

Better hurry, the supply of W210's is becoming very limited. I recommend the Xenon and Sport Package if possible.

I have never leased so no opinion except if you drive alot a leases is not recommended. Mercedes lease does have this feature - any damage smaller than the size of a credit card is not charged to you when lease is over.
