1999 E320 Wagon (Adding a Hitch)
Research alot found out the "CURT" Hitch is the one for my E320 Wagon and found a Truck Outfitter that will install for just under $500.
My only worry do I need to do anything to my suspension?
I will be towing 700-1000lbs only once in a blue moon. Camping and what not.

Does that price include trailer wiring? You'll need a powered converter for trailer lights. That'll give you a flat four connector. If you need a 7-way plug, you'll need some more stuff.
I tow a popup camper and an enclosed cargo trailer from time to time. I have the Curt hitch and trailer lighting, plus a 40a power line to the 7-way outlet to charge the camper's battery and run the fridge while I'm towing. My camper's brakes are actuated by a Tekonsha Prodigy Rf wireless brake controller.

Non US cars are allowed to tow far higher weights and do not need suspension work...and if only towing up to 1000 lbs...will not need transmission coolers either.
