A/C sometimes works

A/C sometimes works
So my A/C seems to only work at highway speeds for a little bit and then it stops. It does not work at ALL at idle. I did some research on the A/C self diagnostics and got the following data.

Now I do not know what most of this means but I'm hoping you can tell me how to get this fixed as it is hot as hell out. I did hook up a can of freon but the needle maxed out so I figured I should not do anything.
My Outside temp sensor seems to read correctly. Aux fans do run, I'm just at a loss, Maybe the compressor is bad?
Please help, it's freaking hot.

So, small update. So It was cold to start with because the A/C compressor was running and then it would stop. Would stop after like 30 Seconds after start up and not start at all after that. So I went in and cleared the codes and forced some 134 down it's throat because (well f*** it) and now the compressor is coming on intermittently. A/C is blowing cold because the compressor comes on for like 2 seconds then off for like 10 then on for 2 off for 10 etc. Now the only code I'm getting is the EB1416. Now will these error codes keep the A/C from working or just say hey, pay attention to this.
