Lug nuts too long

Lug nuts too long
Ok so i got W210 e430 on S class W220 Cl Segin rims 17", and i saw that one Lug nuts was much outer than the other ones, so i decided to Tighten it all the way and when i did that and was gonna drive the lug nug hut either the brake caliber or something else not sure what it hit but i couldnt go more forward so i took the lug nut out and mesured it. And it was 12x40 but the other ones in back where 12x24, but the front lugs are all 12x40.. And they dont hit anything, according to the Benz dealer in Iceland 12x40 is the correct size but why dont they fit in back? Only in front.

The back wheels need a shorter bolt than front or they interfere with parking brake.
