Pictures of the New Jag
Just a follow up since I totalled the E320. Attached is the link to view pics of the new (to me anyway) Jaguar. Any comments/opinions welcomed.

How do you like it? Mom had a '95 XJ-12 and loved it -- she still hasn't forgiven me for convincing her to trade it in for the E430. (Engine was great, but the frame and suspension were starting to come apart...)

I was bothering my local Jag dealer for months oggling the off-lease XJS' sitting on the lot. I just couldn't decide if I wanted the a red one or the gold one. Given the stunning depreciation, 2 year old XJs can be had for half price.
I only stumbled on my E by accident one day and bought it on the spot, which pissed off the poor Jag salesman.
I still want one though. Years later, I still look at this site periodically to keep up with things:

Oooo, they are getting one of the rare super-charged Vanden Plas, for sale at $38k. A bit old being a '00 model, but only 29k miles.
Those buggers are very hard to find. close to 400 hp, though that sounded more impressive before the '04 E55 came out.
