No, it is not, but it is dirty and unappreciated job, with lot of potential liability.
Years ago I bought brake cylinder honing tool and new seals for my motorhome were about $1 a piece.
I doubt you will find seals sold separately for MB.

I would suspect that caliper replacement is the more common route - with reman calipers $65 without pads each side - and reman calipers pre-loaded with pads like $100 ea side.
Same "dirty job" coming out - and certainly cleaner/easier going back in.
