I recently fixed my 210 vibration while gear shifts from 2 to 3. by changing then engine mounts and gear mount it is smooth shifts and to my surprise it idles great and that would be because of the new engine mounts. However sometimes the engine vibrates when you are in Drive at a stop. When in neutral it’s fine. So am guessing it has be combustion settings and not mechanical.

so what kind of vibrations are you experiencing Sharp?

I had a similar vibration starting at 70 mph, numerous wheel balancing, tire changes, different wheels, engine and transmission mount etc and nothing fixed the vibration. The PO, a mercedes tech, put on a different OEM wheels requiring a spacer and a custom wheel rings and reassured me it's not the spacers/rings

I finally decided to buy a custom set of wheels eliminating the need for the spacers/rings and the car drives flawlessly now.
