W210 Breather Hose Connector barb

W210 Breather Hose Connector barb
Hi guys

Today i changed my valve cover gaskets. And oil breather tubes, so when i removed this breathers i removed breather hose connector too and while doing this i noticed that i've broken Breather Connector barb piece very little, about 2-3 mm. See image below i have marked it with red. Can i reuse this connector again? The rubber material on it is just fine, it isn't stiff.

Yes i checked and it adviced to change. so went to the dealer bought new one and installed
