Disclosing what car model you have would greatly help in helping you.
95 were W210 in Europe, but W124 in America, so quite different cars.
Assuming you have European model of W210, you need to synchronize windows and sunroof as well. Ops, not on convertible, but the top might need it. (if you'd happen to have ESP add steering sensor)
Push the switch for the window to go all the way up and hold additional 3 seconds. Sometimes it is all it takes, sometimes you have to do the same at lower point.
