2001 e420 sedan looks nice - what problems to expect?
Very nice sedan - looks near new inside. 130,000 miles - well maintained.
Foolish purchase (asking for trouble)?
What maintenance (problems) can I expect over the next 20000 miles?
All advice/information welcomed.

To bring some balance to it, you should watch this one as well
Main issue when buying a car for 10% of it original price is not "is it worth it?"
but "can I keep up with it while DIY?"
Main thing is that you want to start with good base and I don't think you can go wrong with W210 in this aspect.
Switching to W211 models I had to do lot of reading of "what not to buy" for comparison.
