ESP Error Visit Workshop downhill
Hello mbworld,
This is my first post. I have read a lot on these forums and thank you for great work. I have 2001 E320 mercedes with over 200k miles on it.
I have one very strange and annoying problem.
I'm getting ESP error visit workshop error usually when going downhill on lower speed( 30mph or less). Steeper the hill more chances the error will happen.
I'm not 100 % but pretty sure that most of the time it happens when breaking downhill.It happens sometimes even on flat surface when breaking on low speeds.
When this error happens, car doesn't accept any gas, so I have to stop, restart the car and continue. The worst is when it happens in traffic on freeway.
I replaced the battery recently also thinking that will help but the error keeps happening.
Any ideas?

I see 1 is already here. 
ESP is having several sensors and finding faulty one by replacing might be long journey.
What you can start with is making sure all wheels have the same tires and inflation.
Have the car scanned and that will point you into right direction.
