Kind of a vague question, but the 430 is much more fun to drive than the 320. There's a big difference in pickup, but suggestion to you is to drive as many different cars as you can. you will then realize which one you prefer.

2000 E430 Sport
I love my 2000 E430. I have experienced no major problems since I purchased the car. The 430 is a much better performer than the 320, but if performance is not a factor for you, then save some money with the 320.
