Was stood 3 yards away from the new E-Class yesterday
Went to the MB Museum yesterday whilst on business in Stuttgart, and as I was leaving, waiting at security for my taxi to arrive, the new E-class drove upto the security barrier awaiting entry.
I only saw it for about 1 minute, and it was heavily disguised, however I noticed the rear lights were the same as the current S-Class, and the back looked like a bigger version of the current C.
The car as a whole looked bigger than the current E. It was a diesel version, as I heard it accelerate up the road, and the turbo whistle away. Sounded like the engine was knocking, but it was entering the engine plant, so must have been a mule testing the engine.
That’s all I could take in and see, sorry I didn’t gather any more details!

Why was it disguised? We've already seen pics of the new E-class without any camoflauge(?) whatsoever. They even used a 2003 E-class for the sequel to "Men in Black"
