Dead climate control
We're original owners of a 1999 300 diesel.
Today the climate control fan didn't work, a first for the car.
We assumed it was a fuse issue, but fuses #4 and #7 looked fine. We replaced with new fuses anyhow, but the climate control fan still doesn't function.
The indicator lights on the defrost and "auto" buttons light, and the fan speed display and left/right temps are there on the screen, but the fan doesn't kick in. This isn't fun during our cool and rainy days here in CA because the windows fog up.
I suspect a bad blower motor or its regulator. Any other ideas?

I don't have any troubleshooting tips for you, I'll let others chime in on that but last year I picked up a used one, works well but it doesn't light up when the headlamps are turned on, but I could send it to you if you wanted to swap it out with yours, you would at least know if your unit went bad.
