Steering knuckle/spindle replacement

Hi there, hoping to get ideas about how to tackle this job:

W210 E55, passenger front wheel bearing collapsed while I was driving along, with absolutely no warning! Stripped it down and found the race has firmly attached itself to the spindle. Even if I can get it off, changes are the spindle will be scored.

Long story short, I need to replace the spindle/knuckle assembly:

It looks straightforward enough - I assume I need to jack it/support it by the control arm, then I can undo the top bolt, tie rod end and lower ball joint.

Anything I'm missing?

Thanks in advance!
