Tranny Shift Problem
Hi ALL,
I havent been here for a while, I hope all friends are doing well.
I have a problem, my transmission acting up lately here are the symptoms.
1.It appears on the highway as if the car is driving in the 2nd gear.
2. The RPM shows around 4000 at the speed of 60MPH
3. The car is not in W (winter mode) and it is in D position (over drive)
4. To solve this, I pull over and shut the engine and restart, and the tranny is working fine. OR, I put the car in Neutral while driving and put it back in D and this also corrects the problem of high RPM and not shifting.
