Hi, my 2001 E320 has small rust spots only on the hood, no where else on the car. I'm assuming it's from debris hitting it. Any way I can fix this? Not really noticeable unless you get close, but it bothers me and I'm scared they'll get larger.

That's damage that needs to be repaired otherwise will get worse.

Have your body shop make an assessment and provide recommendation.

I'm guessing front end repaint.
