Smile What should i do with my new E430 Wagon?

Hey there w210 owners
I have just bought my first w210/S210 E430 2001 with 125000km (77000Miles)
I have always been dreaming about this car and finally i have made the decision to buy it.
I will post some pics a bit later, its silver and black leather from inside, wooden steering wheel, brand new dunlop tires, double din stereo (after market) with SubWoofer, original Navigation was also included( the one which was with the car) and it has a Bose sound system with sub in the back.
anyways i live in Dubai, UAE, the car is Japan spec and looks pretty good with great interior condition.
My question is what should i do with it now, what should i maintain?
a month ago the previous owner has changed the Radiator, alternator, coolant, battery, bushes, front and rear brake pads and disks, it has some oil leak in the valve cover which i will do immediately, also i will change the engine oil with filter(air filter, cabin filter)
Any suggestions about what also should i change?
Transmission oil?? isn't it sealed for life? it is still sealed now
diff oil??
the LCD in the dashboard are missing the pixels in the left and right screen but the middle one is working fine.
Oh i forgot that the roof form inside is saggy so I'm going to replace that as well.
i need the car to be in a perfect condition so help me out here guys.
also i have connected it to star diagnose and it showed a lot of Fail systems, the mechanic said that this maybe an old stored errors because of the battery replacement last month or some odd the systems and modules and blocked.

Thanks a lot guys and waiting for some answers
cheers

Congratulations on new purchase.
Most of the issues are already covered on the forum, so take your time for reading.
In US you can send the cluster for pixel repairs, Don't know how it can work in UAE.
Sagging headliner might be the biggest issue for you. Hopefully you can find local shop that do them?
With codes accumulation, erase them all and recheck few days later. THEN worry if they come back.

Change transmission fluid and filter.
Yes they called it lifetime when they sold the cars but that proved to be a disaster. We recommend them every 5 years or 50,000 miles. That would be the #1 thing to do. Make sure to use OEM filter and fluid. If it has torque converter drain, make sure to drain it, that actually holds more fluid than the pan.

Jobs that i decided to make

i have put the car on lift and decided to do the following things:
1- all gaskets in the engine (coolant, filter housing, oil pan, MAS, manifold...)
2- the front bridge bushes
3- trans and engine mounting
4- engine and trans are already out of the car so working is easier to change the gaskets and seals.
5- trans oil and filter and gasket
6- diff oil
7- new thermostat ( current temp is always on 100 Celsius) i read that its better to change.
8- engine flash and new oil 5w40
Hopefully its will be mechanically in a perfect condition after all of this.

then i will update what i will do with the headliner, polish, ceramic coating, hopefully amg body kit...

WOW.
You sure are jumping big guns. Most of W210 owners don't do 1/2 of that service till car reaches 150k miles.
Oil pan gasket, manifold gasket????

With the engine out it makes a bit more sense as they'll be a bit easier to do. Might as well swap them out and not have to worry about doing them for quite some time.

yes man, exactly, this what I was thinkig
im gonna do all of that sooner or later, let me just take the engine out and do it all at once and get it over with, its alot easier when the engine is out.

Good one.
Oil pan gaskets seems to be million miles item.
I think pulling the pistons out, giving the cylinders now hone and new rings would make more sense.
What you guys say?

Make sure you do the rear main seal, that's the only one that leaks besides the timing cover oil port plug and valve cover gaskets and breathers. Doing intake and exhaust manifolds is waste of time and money. Check the tensioner pulley and idler pulley and water pump. I would have saved your money for real repairs that you'll need.
