Blinkers and window work with key "on" not work with car running?
Hi All...hope you can shed some light on this issue.
My blinkers and windows work with the key in the 'on' position, but when the car is started, not working.
Any clue?

Issue resolved
The problem was with the voltage regulator on the alternator. With the key on.....voltage fine...everything worked. Once car was started, voltage spiked to 16.5 and electronics shut down. Dewey Reed at Mid Shore imports in Easton, MD is the man.
