I need help 112.942 VS 112.941

first sorry about my bad english but I need your help guys !!!
So I have w210 with vin :WDB2100821X018524 - 3.2 4matic m112.941.
But I broke the engine.... long story but is total broke
The only one good engine in my area is from ML with vin :WDC1631541X700335 engine : m112.942 .
So my question is does this engine from ML will fit without any problems to my car? to my transmision ??

Different transfer case, different mounts, different probably 1000 other things.
Have not been under ML for long time, but I think it has front axles going under the engine, while wagon has axle going via oil pan.
Quite different management as well.
ML has aux water pump running after engine shut down, wagon does not.
Keep seeking for the same engine.
