Groaning / Moaning sound front left driver's side at high speed: 100kph-125kph

There is a groaning big thick sound like TOOOOOOOOOO. It first occured at 100kph then it will stop after 10seconds if the speed is decreased but it will appear again at higher speed. Sometimes at 125kph or 130kph. It is on the left side, it's like the sound comes from left door or under that area.
Any idea related to this will be of great help. Thank you.
