I'm out...
I sold my 99 E300 to a young chap in LA, originally from the UK, and while there he had a 98 C250 wagon I believe with a 5 cyl turbo-diesel and I guess he's been wanting to scratch the itch again so to speak. I just turned over 200K and the motor is so strong still, I wanted to get her to 300K miles but at 50 years old I yearned for something a little more comfortable and updated so on the turbo-diesel goes to someone else. Wanted to say thanks to those that contribute in a positive way, Kajtek I appreciate your knowledge of this car and your willingness to always help. Plutoe, you're an **** hole and if I ever make it to Florida again I'll crack you in the kneecaps with a crowbar - #1 rule in life man, 'don't be a dick'. You should try living that sometime. I'm the 'young chap' from LA that bought Toby's E300, this was my old W202 C250 I owned back here in the UK:
I do indeed have plans for the E300...first on the list is a big turbo kit from DieselpumpUK which should see it making around 400whp and 600lbft.
Then there's a few other 'tweaks' I'll be making...I'll leave you with some of my inspiration photos for now...
