It bolted right on without any modifications to the clamps on the pipes behind the cats. I was told that FOX was discontinuing this exhaust kit. Maybe that is because it was unusual.
I got a great price on it from a shop that had a clearance sale. They used to have a web page but I can't pull it up any more. It was also available with oval shaped pipes with either dual or single pipe on the back of the muffler.
The OEM exhaust has a single pipe after the mid-muffler but 2 before it.

i've found you can get a remus sportexhaust for under $600 delivered.
i went ot the remus-usa site and there was no sound clip.....but they had a cool flash intro. here's the link:

maybe prices went up. where he got his (bergwerks.com) is now $559 plus $35 s/h.
wheelexchange is $529 plus $40s/h.
the people at bergwerks seem pretty knowledgeable about stuff and are more helpful for peeps like me who are novices about this stuff.
