97 E320 Need service manual/instructions
Found a beautiful one owner garage kept 1997 E320 with over 250,000 miles on her that was overheated and blew the head gasket.
I bought another 1997 M104 engine to replace this one and Victor Reinz gasket sets for top and bottom of engine to replace the gaskets and seals while its on an engine stand.
What's the best resource for info on the engine removal and replacement and changing the gaskets and seals etc.
Ive searched the internet and there are sites selling operators manuals as service manuals, useless for this work.
Please help, Thanks!

you can try to see if your local library subscribes to All-Data. I can use this free in Seattle
there are no good equivalents to the old school Motor, Haynes, Clymers, Chiltons... with good detail
the best detail, of course, is MBUSA (presuming you are in NoAmerica), also the most expensive

I've seen non-approved versions of this on Ebay for $20
