2002 E430, first buy....
I’ve read through the intro forums and sub forums for what to look out for when dealing with these and I wanted to ask if there is a sequence of what I should tune/clean/take care of first to last to maximize spending in other areas.
The car has a dent on the right fender beside the light, a cracked bumper, and a broken left headlight. There is 137,000 miles on it and unknown services.
My idea was to fix the head lamp then the bumper as well as drain fluids and replace.
Any tips. Thanks.

Do cosmetics after you get everything else taken care of. If it didn't come with any records I'd change all of the fluids and have it inspected to see if any suspension or brake components need replacing. Is the actual light broken or does it just need a bulb?

Alright, I have a guy who can look over the car for me... The light housing is broken so I need to replace that. The bumper and fender seem to be fine for now.

There's a guy parting out an E55 in the W210 AMG section. Could be worth a shot to see if he has the light you need.
