Lock/unlock chirp or beep

Lock/unlock chirp or beep
I have a 99 E320 and when I unlock the car, The lights flash three times. When I lock the car, the lights flash two times but there is no chirp or beep. Is there a way to program it to chirp or beep when I lock and unlock? I have checked the siren with the panic button and it works.

have the dealer describe the "Netherlands setting" for you. you may want to read up on this first.
it is like taking some glamor prescription drug. you'll cure one thing, but prone to constipation
and anti-social behavior etc. it may have side effects.
