Problem in the electrical system of the glasses, seats and trunk of my car w210:

a) A few months ago I replaced the vacuum pump under the rear seat, since it was damaged, but when I go on the road it loses the configuration of the car's computer, and it comes back and lacks. This makes the trunk not open and the glass does not rise and fall either.

b) The mechanic told me to disconnect a pole from the battery for a few minutes, and then reconnect it. when I do this process I feel that the computer is reset and the front seats move and the glasses go up and down, but then after 20 minutes they go back to lacquering

This is a very serious problem that I have to travel within the city and on the road.

Thanks for your information,

a) Please recommend some brands of batteries for my car 1998 W210 E320

b) I will replace my cassette radio. I am looking for a CD radio with a capacity of 10 cd and that has an adapter for IPO and USB
