x22/1 to starter lockout switch mystery line! Help

Just an hour ago i found something weird in the Starter Lockout Switch in my transmission..... 3 cables go to x22/1 connector next to Y3/3 in engine compartment, 1 goes to the M1/starter. Looking at the wiring diagram, that is actually the correct order. But when i looked closely to the X22/1 connector, i found 4 cables attached to it (Well, 6 actually, but 2 orange cables go to the overload protection switch, and that's correct).

Now..... like i said above, in the wiring diagram, 3 cables are connecting x22/1 and Starter Lockout Switch....... but i found 4 here. The mystery for me is...... 1 of the 4 cables is just hanging below the other 3 friends and connected to nothing......

Can someone explain to me what is going on here?

The Orange cables on top go to Overload Protection Switch. Purple, Light Grey, and Black Red stripe go to Starter Lockout Switch. And the Black one (Next to Purple) goes to nothing.....

Here it is......

Well you have really confused me. The starter lockout switch(S1) on the VIN wiring diagram shows a four position switch with wire colors violet, black\red, green and violet\white---and no sw or black foundtherefore I don't know what switch you are screwing around with!

S16/3 or S1? In the doc i have, Starter Lockout Switch is S16/3, but if we are talking about the same switch, you are correct. Like i said, 3 cables are connected to X22/1 (violet, black/red, and green or grey in my case), and 1 cable connected to M1 (violet/white). There is no black cable between S16/3 and X22/1. But in my car, there is.... It's connected perfectly to the X22/1 but is going nowhere......

So, i don't know what's going on here, since the wiring diagram clearly shows that black cable isn't supposed to be there, and therefore, not needed. Maybe previous owner replace the original cable unit with another one from different Mercedes series and cut the black cable because it's not needed. Don't know.....

Here, i made picture. It's a bit difficult to explain it by words.... :
The black one at the bottom is the issue...
